Designing as a Manifestor: Design Days are perfect for you AND me!

Jennifer Birkhead Design

Design Days offer a focused, one-on-one, full-day design session that lets you (and me!) work quickly, efficiently, and independently. As a Manifestor, I thrive when I can initiate, make quick decisions, and bring ideas to life for you.

Design Days aren’t just a great fit for my working style, they’re a fantastic solution for my clients too. If you need some creative help or want to see your ideas take shape in a very short space of time, a Design Day might be exactly what you need. Here’s why it works so well for both of us.

What’s a Design Day, Anyway?

A Design Day is a full, dedicated day of creative work focused entirely on your project. It’s for clients who want to get something done fast, whether that’s a website, a logo, marketing materials, or a brand refresh or any other creative work. I always struggled creating packages that felt good or right. Then it dawned on me that the reason for this was it felt far to constrictive, to me and to my clients, to have to fit into the box or list of what was included. Design days allow me to really get to know you and what your creative needs are and then we construct a plan for how to achieve this. No two clients are the same, no two projects are the same and although a Design day provides us with a great structure to time and goals the deliverables can vary.

We work closely together, but you don’t have to worry about endless back-and-forth emails or weeks of revisions. The goal is clear: get you the results you want, quickly. Whether it's one day you book, or two for a bigger project, everything is very clearly outlined before we start and the result is the same, inspired creative results fast.

As a Manifestor, I love the focused, no-fuss nature of a Design Day. It lets me bring my full creative energy to the table, work quickly, and make decisions without getting distracted or held up in a drawn-out process. It’s the ideal format for someone who thrives on independence, speed, and getting things done.

Why Design Days are a Manifestor’s dream

Autonomy to lead the project One of the things I love most about being a Manifestor is having the freedom to initiate and make quick decisions. With a Design Day, I lead the creative process from start to finish. I outline exactly when I will be checking in with clients and inform them of what to expect and what I need from them to assist the swift execution. No hold ups waiting for approvals or getting caught up in endless collaboration loops. I can work independently, make bold decisions, and get things done efficiently.

A burst of focused energy Manifestors work best in short, intense bursts of focused energy. The idea of stretching out a project for weeks can kill the excitement. But when I dedicate an entire day to a project, I can dive deep, create fast, and produce high-quality work.

Clear results, fast As a Manifestor, I’m all about acting on inspiration when it hits and working with that energy to get things done quickly. A Design Day means we’ll have clear, actionable outcomes at the end of the day. No waiting around or dragging things out over weeks. I work efficiently and decisively, delivering a result you can walk away with that same day.

No endless back-and-forth One of the reasons I’ve come to love Design Days is that they eliminate the usual back-and-forth that often comes with long projects. The key to a good design day is the pre work we do together and the conversation and collaboration that happens so we are on the same page and my mind is buzzing with ideas. In a Design Day, we get to the point quickly. I focus on getting everything done in one day, with minimal interruptions and distractions. It’s simple, effective, and fast, just the way Manifestors like it.

And what’s in it for you?

As a client, the benefits of a Design Day are just as clear.

Speed and efficiency

If you’ve ever worked with a designer and had to wait weeks or months for deliverables, you know how frustrating it can be. Design Days offer speed and efficiency. What would normally take weeks is completed in just one or two days, depending on the size of your project. You’ll walk away with tangible results—whether it’s a website draft, a logo concept, or marketing assets. If you’re working under a tight timeline, this is a game-changer.

Full focus on your vision

In a typical design project, it can feel like your ideas are getting lost in the shuffle of endless revisions and feedback. But with a Design Day, I can dedicate my full attention to your project, bringing your vision to life exactly how you want it, without distractions. You’ll know that your ideas are heard and that everything is being handled with focus and care.

Streamlined communication

Long-term projects often involve constant back-and-forth emails or meetings. It can be exhausting. With a Design Day, communication is quick, focused, and to the point. We’ll spend the day working through everything you need with no endless messages or delays. The result? Clear, actionable outcomes and a smooth experience.

Tangible, high-quality results

Clients love to see progress, and with Design Days, you’ll get to see real, high-quality results by the end of the day/s. Whether it’s a website you can start using right away, a fresh logo design, or a full branding package, you’ll leave with something that feels real, something you can implement immediately and with all the files you will need.

A win-win

Design Days allow me to bring my full creative energy into a project, initiate big changes, and see results right away. For clients, it’s an opportunity to get clear, focused work in a day or two with minimal commitment and maximum impact.

If you’re looking for a quick burst of creative magic or want to dive into a project with the full attention it deserves, let’s make it happen on a Design Day.

Trust me, it’s the perfect fit for anyone who wants to see their ideas come to life without the long wait.
